f you missed last week’s post, that’s because I was busy taking pictures during a family trip to the Oregon coast. If you missed this post, that’s because it’s for the birds – seagulls, pelicans, whimbrels, and western sandpipers, to be exact!
Immature seagull.
The only pelican I saw on the trip – near Boiler Bay.
Seagulls flying over Boiler Bay.
Feed me.
Seagulls, whimbrels, and a few humans on the beach at Newport.
Gull landing.
Seagulls, all in a row.
Whimbrels in front of Yaquina Head lighthouse. The colors were dull, so I tried a different style of edit.
Western sandpipers running from the waves.
Probably my favorite photo from the trip.
Two more whimbrels, at sunset.

Pretty cool pictures! I really liked the one of the Western Sandpipers running from the waves & their legs all look like they are in unison! Not quite all but most of them! They need a little more practice, I guess! Or someone didn’t get the memo! Hee Hee!
