My camera hasn’t been venturing out quite as often with the changing weather, so I decided I would share these photos taken a few weeks ago. I spent a day and night out in the middle of nowhere while some of my family were hunting. Unfortunately for them, I got to shoot more than they did.
Sunrise and Venus on the drive in. It’s always extra amazing to view the night sky from remote locations.
One of the few signs of civilization.
Someone must use this at some point.
Desert trees.
The lighting drew my attention.
Tree moss.
The tip of what was either grass or a weed.
This grasshopper was a little skittish, but I was finally able to get close enough.
It would have had the perfect camouflage if I didn’t know that rocks don’t jump around.
Tree bark.
Rock and stuff on rock.
Sagebrush can look pretty cool in the right light.
Malheur County, OR. October 2017.
Sunrise before the drive out.
We also ran into some wild horses along the way.

Answer – a pair of glasses!
Macro Mystery #28 clues:
Clue 1.
Clue 2.
Do you think you know what this is? Hopefully having two clues will help. You can write your guess in the comment section below, and the answer will be revealed next week.
Thank you for continuing to share in my photography adventures. Have a happy Thanksgiving!

Well, for goodness sake! I never would have guessed, just like this week! It looks like nothing I’ve ever seen before!!! 🙁

I was trying to make it a little easier than last week, but maybe it’s not.
